ICRMAT 2025 contributes to building an innovative society on a global scale
On 7th and 8th November 2025, the International Conference on Research in Management & Technovation (hereafter referred to as ICRMAT 2025) was held at Hanoi University of Industry.
Representatives of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) attending ICRMAT 2025 include Assoc. Prof. Pham Van Dong - Vice Rector, Assoc. Prof. Trinh Trong Chuong - Head of the Department of Science and Technology, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Hong Nga - Headmaster of the School of Economics, HaUI lecturers, and students.
Representatives from other organizations joining ICRMAT 2025 are Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Le Cuong - Vice Rector of Electric Power University, Prof. Nguyen Duc Khuong - Managing Director of EMLV Business School and Director of International Development, De Vinci Higher Education, France, Assoc. Prof. Vu Manh Chien - Université du Québec en Outaouais, Canada, Assoc. Prof. Nazim Hussain - University of Groningen, the Netherlands, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kanitsorn Terdpaopong - Rangsit University, Thailand, Prof. Santosh Mehrotra - University of Bath, the United Kingdom.
Assoc. Prof. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Industry, extended a sincere welcome to participants. As Vice Rector Pham Van Dong introduced, Hanoi University of Industry has strongly been committed to its mission of fostering innovation. He emphasized the scope of ICRMAT 2025 as an international conference on accounting, human resource management, marketing, financial management, and information science. He also hoped that authors from different countries should work together to develop science and technology, contributing to building an innovative society on a global scale.

Prof. Nguyen Duc Khuong spoke at the ICRMAT 2025
Professor Nguyen Duc Khuong expressed his honor to be the first keynote speaker at ICRMAT 2025. His speech explored how environmental, social, and governance commitments were reshaping firm-level innovation and what might mean for corporate strategy in the era of net-zero pledges.
The second keynote speech was given by Assoc. Prof. Hussain. He reported the research results on whether firms that engaged in greenwashing truly benefited in the bond markets, and what implications this had for investors, regulators, and corporate managers.

Joining ICRMAT 2025 online, Assoc. Prof. Vu Manh Chien from Université du Québec en Outaouais, Canada, presented the paper named “The Integration and Influence of Big Data Analytics within the Accounting Profession” In his presentation, he highlighted how big data analytics was transforming accounting practices, and how these technologies had been reshaping professional competencies, decision-making processes, and the future of the accounting field.

The afternoon plenary session of 7th November continued with presentations by Assoc. Prof. Kanitsorn Terdpaopong - Rangsit University, Thailand on the Sustainability Paradox and Prof. Santosh Mehrotra from Bath University, the United Kingdom on the path of innovation in China, Vietnam and India.
After general session, ten parallel sessions will be held with nearly 60 papers reported on Accounting and Auditing, Marketing and Consumer Behavior, Digital Economy, CSR & Sustainable Development.
ICRMAT 2025 has been organized successfully thanks to the good cooperation of Hanoi University of Industry, Electric Power University, and Stanley College of Engineering and Technology for Women, India. The next International Conference on Research in Management & Technovation will be organized at Electric Power University.
