International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC 2025): A forum for academic exchange in the field of advanced communication technology

The International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications (ATC 2025) is an annual conference held since 2008. ATC 2025 has become one of the prestigious scientific forums in the region in the field of communication and electronic technology, co-organized by the Radio Electronics Association of Vietnam and the IEEE International Communications Society.

This year, ATC 2025 will be held at Hanoi University of Industry from October 16 to 18, 2025. ATC 2025 is a forum for scientists in Vietnamese and international scientists to exchange knowledge, enhance cooperation in scientific research, and publish the latest research results in the field of advanced technologies for communications.

Hanoi University of Industry is the host of the ATC 2025

At ATC 2025, scientists focus on presenting and discussing research results on seven key sessions, including communication, signal processing, electronics, networks, integrated circuits, antennas and propagation, and microwave engineering.

In addition to the key session, ATC 2025 will have a special session on next-generation wireless communication systems, 5G-Advanced (5GA) and 6G. This is a rapidly developing field, playing a fundamental role in the future of digital connectivity. In the era of 5GA and the emergence of 6G networks, wireless communication systems must meet increasingly stringent requirements: ultra-high data transmission speed, ultra-low latency, and superior reliability and security. This not only serves the need for huge data transmission, but also paves the way for smart applications and new-generation digital services.

So far, the ATC 2025 has received nearly 240 papers from domestic and international authors. After a blind review process coordinated by the International Technical Program Committee, the rate of accepted papers is 52%. Accepted papers will be edited for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, a globally reputable scientific database, indexed in SCOPUS, Google Scholar, and DBLP.

One of the noticeable points of the ATC 2025 is the presence of Professor Reinhold Häb-Umbach. The Professor has been working at the University of Paderborn, Federal Republic of Germany as Head of the Department of Communication Engineering ( https://www.uni-paderborn.de/en/person/242 ). Professor Reinhold Häb-Umbach is a famous expert with more than 30 years of experience in research on voice technology and nearly a decade of participation in the Technical Committee on Audio Signal Processing and Acoustics of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). At this Conference, the professor presented the topic "Automatic Meeting Transcription with Distant Microphones". Experts in the field of communication commented that this will be an interesting presentation when the voice signal is collected by microphones placed far away instead of microphones which is put close to the mouth. Professor Reinhold Häb-Umbach's presentation has been receiving great interest from the large number of scientists attending the ATC2025.

The detailed program and other important information of the ATC 2025 continue to be updated by the Organizing Committee at https://atc-conf.org/.
